Prayer for dental healing

I am suffering from some poor dental health i regret not taking care of these issues but with lack of pay i cant do much so i am asking that the lord jesus restore me back enough to get by im not asking for new teeth im asking for healing to restore the rest of my teeth.

Roman Catholic Prayers

The Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry
for having offended Thee,
and I detest all my sins,
because of thy just punishment,
but most of all because they
offend Thee, my God,
Who art all-good and deserving
of all my love.

I firmly resolve, with the help
of Thy grace to confess my sins,
to do penance
and to amend my life. Amen.

There is another version of the Act of Contrition which would substitute “because I dread the loss of Heaven and the pain of Hell,” in place of “because of Thy just punishment.”

The Angelus Prayer

The Angelus may be recited by one voice followed by a chorus of voices, as was done during the ringing of the balles, but is shown below as recitable by one person. It incorporates the Hail Mary prayer.

The Angel of the Lord brought tidings unto Mary,
And she conceived by the Holy Ghost.

Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy

The Angelus is one of the very well-known Catholic prayers and actually refers to a church tower bell.

The Angelus was a bell which was rung from the tower of the local churches or monasteries of small towns and cities of the 13th and 14th centuries. Inscriptions found on the bells that remain today indicate that the bells may have been rung in observance of the Mother Mary, and in certain parts of Germany, for Christ the King. Some bells have the inscription Ave Maria, and also, O Rex Gloriae Veni cum Pace, giving rise to the reference of Angelus bells as “Peace bells” found also in the Netherlands and France.

Bells found in England bear homage to the angels Gabriel and Michael.

Dear God,

How to Pray the Serenity Prayer

This is the perfect prayer to add to your Daily Devotions. Set aside a few minutes in the morning or in the evening to pray your devotions to God. Ask God for serenity on a daily basis using this prayer as your guide.

Some additional tips and exercises for praying this prayer:

1. Try to memorize the words to the prayer. Write it out on a postcard and each day see how far you get before you need to reference the card.

AA Prayer History

God grant me the serenity became the default prayer of Alcoholics Anonymous in the early 1940s when a member spotted the prayer in the obituaries section of the newspaper.

The prayers focus on acceptance resonated with the group. Acceptance is central to AAs philosophy. Only once you accept yourself as you are, can you begin to change the things in your life that are within your power to change. Desperate Prayer for a New Start in Life and for Healing

My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? I’ve been calling out to You for months and years now and yet my prayer has gone unheeded. The rifts in my family are still strong and are growing stronger. Everyone still has health problems, debt problems, and incredible amounts of stress.

I can only thank You that my niece’s life was saved just in time but her problems will still continue to affect her for the rest of her life. She has developmental delay, life-threatening allergic reactions to common things, and respiratory problems that strike suddenly and require immediate transportation to the ER. My father and mother suffer from injuries and health problems that twist their bones and muscles, cause frequent and painful muscle spasms, and have other health issues as well.

My sister’s ex-husband digs in his heels to avoid his financial responsibilities to his child. There are some people who have stolen money from us, a family who can not afford it, and/or refused to acknowledge/treat us as human beings worthy of respect and fellowship and dignity. My own health problems are still causing me to suffer and have forced me to take a year off from school.

My apathy, depression, and anxiety merely increase day by day and I have lost my ability to have hope and faith. I feel hopeless and lost and my only companion is despair and massive amounts of school loans. I have no passion and I have lost my zest for life and any positivity. I am not sure if I can go back to school because my apathy for everything is so great I have lost even the ability to “like” things related to a career or anything else let alone “love” them.

I am so so tired of being alone with no one to provide comfort or a willing ear to listen. My friends are too mired in their own problems when I try to confide in them about the physical and emotional abuse I suffered at the hands of my previous boyfriends that have caused PTSD, my current unemployment, the extreme discomfort of my current living situation, and my health problems. I am so tired of always giving everything I can until there is nothing left but never receiving anything for my kindness and hard work.

Sometimes I feel like a free mental health counselor and a hamster in a wheel… going and going but in the same place and so alone. I do not even know if writing this will help or if You hear me or if You even care. This is my last ditch effort my God. I am writing to You out of the last dregs of my Faith and the last shreds of my Heart and Soul if they are still even there. Please my God, if You are there and if You love me then HELP me and help my family. It’s a new year my God, 2013 A.D.

I ask that the pains and sufferings of previous years be wiped away and from now on it will be a fresh start full of Hope, Faith, Love, Joy, Wisdom, a Knowing for where and when to concentrate Efforts, and Success for Endeavors.

Footprints in the Sand
One night I dreamed a dream. As I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, One belonging to me and one to my Lord. After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints. This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me." He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you Never, ever, during your trials and testings. Dear Lord,

I have failed You in every area. i am living my life under a curse. Although I have been a born again baptized believer for all of my life as far as I an remember, I have been disobedient to the Word, carnal and unable to receive the promise of truth.

The Bible says God does not make mistakes, but we do and He gives us free will. Problem is, I have taken my free will and ruined my life time after time aftr time.

I am defective and unable to do better. I have prayed and cried and have not heard an answer from You that is definitive. i have heard what I thought were answers when it seemed that you have given me the go-ahead in certain things.

Turns out they were all wrong. I am not a blessed soul. i wanted to be a Child of God with all of the earthly manifestations: the husband, the children, the career, the material and spiritual blessings.

being able to teach and preach in God’s house rather than to be ashamed to go to church because the Pastor always has something in his sermon about those that are not married or something to that effect.

I am so sorry Lord that I have failed you and have not heard your plan for my life. I have seen success manifested in others, but for me I don’t feel it is meant to be.

I will be 50 in a couple of weeks and I have not had opportunity to even work on a job for 3 complete years despite having my parents waste money on a 4 year college degree.

I am a failure at everything and it is time from me to stop following myself and bothering you with useless prayers that just hit the ceiling. So, Lord I am not going to bother You anymore.

If I die today, there will be no one who knows or will be affected anyway.

I wish it were different, but it’s not. I am sorry, please forgive me. I tried. Amen.

Please Lord,

I pray that you give me the strength and faith to overcome my OCD. I ask for each day a big improvement in my condition so I can serve you with an open heart and an undistracted mind once more. Prayer to grant me this wish

O lord , please grant me this wish. It may sound rude, but i feel my husband needs to realize that his school- love who contacted him last year does not love him , was just playing with his emotions and he got carried away.

He caused disappointment in our relation and even our child had to suffer the dejection. He still emotionally tries to get linked to her , which is not good for our relation of 14 years together. Please lord this very moment , give him that strength and courage to cut away all contacts and emotions with this school-ladylove and get rid of all photographs he has of her in computer, mails, facebook etc.

Please God, give him courage and peace of mind at the same time and let him realize how much me and my child adores and loves him. Dear LORD, it seems very important for our relation to grow without any insecurities and restore our faith in the marriage which cannot happen without your blessing.

I have full faith , that my prayer will be answered, because i have no ill feeling toward her too. I pray that she too leads a happy , peaceful and satisfied life with her husband. Thank you Father. Your child . Amen

Dear Lord Jesus! I come to You today in sadness and sorrow, for the devil has tried your daughter twice with miscarriages! Heavenly Lord, come to my rescue, heal me, and heal my womb, that I may conceive a baby and have a safe delivery without any more miscarriages. I ask of you all mighty Lord to touch this child of yours, give him courage and strengthen him to fight this illness and disease, guide the doctors with your healing hand so that his body may be rid of all disease, pain and sickness.
