My daughter was raised in the church. At age 9 she was saved and baptized. She dated some in HS and went to dances. After HS she went to a Christian College. She met a young man and began dating. She went away a semester to Africa and and when she returned, he had started dating someone else. She had a wonderful group of friends that she shared an apartment with. One friend was Keri(not her real name) long story short, they began a relationship. She did date a couple of men but those relationships did not last. Years went by and she and Keri continued to be roommates. Fast forward, a few years ago she came out as gay. I was and am devastated. I continue a relationship but pray everyday that God will turn her heart back to her faith. She is a wonderful daughter with a great job but has left church behind. I pray every single day that will change. I also pray to God that I will continue to love her and pray for her as long as I live. Please pray for her. TY
