I’m asking prayer because the man I married 3 yrs ago deceived me telling me he was a believer, before marriage he said he couldn’t come to church with me because of depression and too many people were there, he didn’t know anybody, he came once.
When I tried to encourage him to read the Word with me, he made excuses, he wouldn’t pray with me, he wouldn’t even listen to preaching on YouTube. Christmas time he won’t listen to Christmas songs!
His health isn’t good and he just wants to be left alone…leaving me terribly alone and confused. Why did this man marry me? We’re 78 years old, but I have much love and life in me but he’s not here, he’s so negative about most things and compares me to his former spouse, and reasons he left her!
I’m so discouraged and just want to beg God’s forgiveness and get a divorce, I thought I was lonely before but I’m not only lonely now but beaten down and so discouraged. What can I do?
