I work as a senior member of a startup company that is building software for real estate sector. I have worked hard for the last 3 years and now my company is being sold to a larger organization in the next couple of weeks. I have worked hard for over 15 hours every day over the last 3 years. All my stock options have been wiped out. I want good payout from the current company and a very good position with the new company with good stock allocation.
