Explanation:
I rarely reach out to others for myself, however, I am doing so now. I am now in my twilight years and being there has become increasingly difficult. I just had surgery on my spine. My body’s healing process for that is progressing as it should. However, the list of my physical maladies is long, with the origin of the last being just three days ago. I have had carpal tunnel syndrome before and now again. It is a reoccurence of that affliction which was surgically corrected in 1982. It came back about two years ago. However, as mentioned, three days ago the carpal tunnel syndorme was exacerbated by an extreme weakness in my right wrist, and hand. I have lost strength in that hand to the point I cannot hold utensils, write, or use it as I normally would. I am as right handed as they come. I am experiencing numbness in my right wrist, hand, and arm. I believe the source of this is my right shoulder which is on my list of maladies. Over the years, both my shoulders have been damaged by activites from my life’s work. The shoulder’s cartilage and bursa sac’s have been eroded away. They cause chronic pain which I have been able to endure for years. However, this new malady, if not resolved, will result in life altering consequences I am afraid of. I will do my part as to seeking medical assistance, however, I have also been praying, in earnest, for divine intevention. The reason for my prayer request is, as mentioned, I am simultaneoulsy dealing with several other physical/medical concerns.
Prayer Request:
I am asking for prayer for divine healing of my right shoulder (acute pain has increased) arm, wrist, and hand.
