Healing for my recently diagnosed congestive heart failure & even more recently, I have discovered that a woman I GAVE my horse to 5 years ago when my financial circumstances changed & I could no longer keep him, is now trying to sell him behind my back. We have a signed bill of sale contract stating that I charged nothing for him & I have first right of refusal if she ever decides she can’t keep him but it looks like she might not honor it or may offer him to me but for a price, knowing that I am on a fixed income now. I am beyond devastated…I really love this horse & want the best possible life for him & have found a great forever home for him, if only she (Sarah) will have a heart change & allow me to take possession of Phantom again.
