I am very alone. My grown children have their own lives and families. They don’t seem to respect and honor me as their mom. They make little effort to include me in their lives. I’m usually alone on holidays and special events. I’m involved in a church, but have not been able to connect as close friends. I work part time and I’m grateful for the friendships there, but most of them are not Christians. I don’t have extended family except one brother who is just interested in his family.
