Lord I need your will power to resist the desires I have for unhealthy eating habits. Lord I ask that you replace those desires with the will to live and eat healthy. Please help me not use food as a comfort.
I pray that I find comfort in you when I am tempted to indulge in things I shouldn’t eat. I want to lose weight so I can be healthy mentally, physically and spiritually. I know I can do it with you in control. I release myself to you. Amen

Pls! God! Father Almighty I need your help in this time of need. I drink and then eat,eat,eat until I feel fat and full. I’m not askin for much. I just need to control and stop drinkin. thank you for all the wonderful things you’ve given me. But, sad all the time. Why???
